Remuneration report
We aim to provide our stakeholders with a transparent remuneration report that demonstrates good governance that influenced our 2025 remuneration decisions.
Landscape and eligibility
Our Remuneration Policy applies to the employees and directors of Famous Brands and does not apply to the employees of associates and franchise partners as franchises are independently owned and operated businesses. However, through our various brands, Famous Brands mandates the strictest levels of compliance with all legislation and best practices as stipulated by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Labour Relations Act. Compliance with these is a requirement of our franchise agreements and franchise partners are provided guidance, training, information through NFF forums and newsletters and are subjected to regular audits in order to ensure compliance.
